Are all brands of clothing, shoes and toys accepted?
We do
not accept all brands like those large consignment sales. We do accept
only particular upscale department store & boutique brands. Be sure
to check over our list of Acceptable & Non-Acceptable Brands. We
only accept finer clothing and shoes. The only toy brands we accept
are Pottery Barn Kids or American Girl.

Are all items discounted to 50% on Saturday?
No, not all
items are discounted on Saturday. The Consignors decide which items are
discounted at the Half-Price sale on Saturday and are indicated on the bottom
of the tag.

Are there special benefits if I Consign and Volunteer?
Yes! Upscale
Resale wants to reward those of you that Consign AND Volunteer. So now you get
to shop 30 minutes earlier! For example, if you Volunteer a 3-hour shift,
instead of shopping at 6pm, you can shop at 5:30pm.

As a Consignor or Volunteer, can I bring my Mother to the Preview Sale?

Grandmothers! Due to repeated requests, you can bring your Mother or Mother-in-Law
to the Preview Sale.

As a Consignor, how much do I earn from the sale? When will I receive payment?
Consignors
earn 70% of the sale price of the items, minus a $10 Consignor Fee (the fee helps
cover advertising, facility rental & other expenses). Payment will be mailed within 2 weeks of
the close of the sale.

As a Consignor, what if I can’t pick up my items on the last day of the sale?
Please
send someone to pick up your clothing if you can’t make it. This
person’s name must be given to Toni in advance. Upscale Resale only has
the facility rented for a certain period of time, and does not have the
space to store the clothing. Any clothing not picked up on the last day
becomes the property of Upscale Resale. The clothing will be donated to
various charities, including
the Masonic Home for Children in Oxford, NC or the Friendship Closet in
Apex, NC. NO EXCEPTIONS!

What if I don’t like my purchases when I get home? Are returns or exchanges allowed?

What if I have consigned with Upscale Resale before? Do I need to register again?
Yes, we require
that you complete the registration form on-line for each sale. You will keep
the same consignor number for each sale, but we need a record of how many
consignors to expect.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Upscale Resale accepts boys and girls sizes newborn- 10yrs. We are also NOW ACCEPTING 'Tween to Teen sizes 12 & up.
